On 27.12.2023, the Court of General Jurisdiction of the First Instance of Armavir Marz satisfied the application-complaint submitted by "LSA" lawyers Arsen Sardaryan and Edgar Ayvazyan against the decision of L.G., Head of the "Armavir" Penitentiary Institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia.
As a result, the Court completely satisfied the complaint and approved our client convict D.H. The fact of violation of D.H.'s rights, as well as the circumstance of replacing D.H.'s punishment from the strict conditions of the security zone with milder conditions.
