Recently, a citizen of the Republic of India, who settled in Armenia, contacted our office, in respect of whom the court issued a decision to evict him from the country. As a result of the review of the act of the lower court, it was canceled, and it was recorded that during the consideration of the case in the court of first instance, the rights of our client were violated.
