The court rejected the investigator’s motion to extend the detention period of our client, Sh.K.

On October 7, 2024, the General Jurisdiction Criminal Court of Yerevan rejected investigator’s motion to extend the detention period for our client, Sh.K., who is accused of illegally crossing the border of the Republic of Armenia with forged documents.
