The claim filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia was rejected

The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia had filed a lawsuit against our client, seeking to declare the 2012 auction invalid and to apply the consequences of invalidity (civil case No. HKD/0174/02/25).
Our law firm’s attorneys, Edgar Ayvazyan and Nahapet Sukiasyan, submitted a motion to apply the statute of limitations, arguing that the Prosecutor’s Office was obligated to be aware of the relevant facts years before filing the lawsuit.

By its decision dated October 28, 2025, the Anti-Corruption Court of the Republic of Armenia granted the motion and fully rejected the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office on the grounds of the statute of limitations.

We express our gratitude to Judge Rudolf Avagyan for ensuring an adversarial trial process and delivering a fair judicial act.
