Our office has won another victory thanks to the efforts of Arsen Sardaryan and Tatevik Malkhasyan the Court rejected the claim of the RA General Prosecutor against our principal Gagik Sahakyan for recovery of damages caused to the state, having found that the court did not receive evidence of guilt in causing damage in the specified amount.
