Аndranik Мnatsakanyan is a member of the management team/Partner of “LSA” Law firm. Specialized in the field of criminal law.
His journey as an advocate at “LSA” began in 2024. Prior to this, he accumulated extensive judicial experience, serving as a judge in several capacities: from 2013 to 2017, he was a judge at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in the Syunik region of the Republic of Armenia; from 2017 to 2023, he worked as a judge at the Criminal Court of Appeal; and from 2023 to 2024, he served as a judge at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in the Aragatsotn region.
In 2008, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Yerevan State University, and he subsequently completed his master’s degree in 2010 and his doctoral studies in 2013.
In 2013, he defended his candidate dissertation in the field of criminal law, earning the academic degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences. The topic of his dissertation was “Criminal-legal and criminological problems of hooliganism in the Republic of Armenia.”
In 2012, he graduated from the Judicial School of the Republic of Armenia, completing the educational program for judicial candidates.
Since 2017, he has been conducting courses at the Academy of Justice for judges, prosecutors, and candidates for judicial and prosecutorial positions, and he has several scientific publications to his name.
He was honored with the title of “Best Judge 2016” by the decision of the general meeting of judges.
From 2021 to 2024, he served as a member of the Governing Board of the Academy of Justice.
He has participated in numerous international conferences held in Armenia, the United States, and Europe.
Since 2024, he has been a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia and a practicing lawyer.
He is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English.
