Tatevik Malkhasyan is the Director of "LSA" Law firm. She specialized in Civil and Administrative Law and has a proven track record of successful cases in civil and administrative courts.
She also specialized in Corporate Law, she provides legal support for the registration process of commercial companies, foundations, and non-profit organizations. This includes drafting statutes, shareholder agreements, employment contracts, and other documents, conducting negotiations, obtaining licenses, and accompanying investment and other transactions.
