The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan granted the claim of the lawyer of the company LSA Vahe Mnatsakanyan, by its decision invalidated the order of the rector of the Foundation «National Polytechnic University of Armenia» on dismissal of Aram Mikaelyan, and also obliged the University to pay for the forced downtime an amount equal to the average salary.
