The RA Criminal Court of Appeal granted the complaint of Arsen Sardaryan and Edgar Ayvazyan, overturning the decision of the court of first instance to extend the detention of our client V.M., accused under part 1 of Article 324 of the RA Criminal Code, and released him on bail.
