Administrative law

The company provides legal services in the field of administrative law in relation to both state authorities and administrative courts throughout the Republic of Armenia. We conduct a thorough analysis of the issues arising between clients and relevant state authorities, after which an attempt is made to resolve the issue out of court by drafting appropriate applications, petitions, and/or submitting administrative appeals at different levels

Our team of lawyers has extensive experience working with various administrative bodies, such as the police (including the Passport and Visa Departments), tax authorities, customs authorities, labor inspectorate, municipalities, regional administrations, community administrations, compulsory enforcement bodies, the State Real Estate Cadaster, the State Register of Legal Entities, the Fire Service, the Sanitary-Epidemiological Inspectorate, and agencies overseeing urban development, mining, healthcare, education, and more. Frequently handling these cases are Gurgen Nersisyan, Edgar Ayvazyan, Tatevik Malkhasyan, and Arpine Gevorgyan. Notably, some of our lawyers have extensive experience working in relevant state authorities, which strengthens our approach to representing clients’ interests.

When negotiations and appeals with administrative bodies do not yield results, our experienced lawyers file lawsuits with the administrative court to protect our clients' interests. It is important to note that the administrative courts of the Republic of Armenia operate independently and professionally, allowing citizens and legal entities to appeal and restore the violated rights that could not be restored in administrative bodies.
